Responsibilities:

Handle incoming customer inquiries with sales team
Orders & pricing management
Data analysis
Issuing of Invoices & Credit/Debit Notes
Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

Degree in Marketing with 12 years relevant working experience
Strong analytical skills and good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with all teams, regional markets and levels of business.
Knowledge of SAP is a plus
Highly structured in thinking, problemsolving and execution to meet with customers needs
Ability to collaborate and work efficiently with internal functions
Ability to adjust priorities and manage work tasks independently in a fast paced environment
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to selfmotivate, set goals and meet deadlines
