Calibration Technician – Listed SEMICON - Singapore - TALENT TRADER GROUP PTE. LTD.

Description

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot day-to-day manufacturing issues, identify and/or implement system improvements that contribute to the achievement of throughput, yield, and product performance goals.
• Assist Engineer in data collection and organizing data for analysis. Perform failure analysis improvement tasks and efficiency as well as product yield.
• Ensure all activities are complying with SOP, ISO, GMP/GDP and FDA.
• Maintain good housekeeping and 5s at the workplace.
• Coordinate and participate in maintenance functions of all manufacturing equipment and ensure that they are all on good conditions. Schedule and perform all chemicals mixing activities and accountable for chemical mixing quality.
• Coordinate with calibration team for calibrate the measurement tool with need/required for on schedule calibration.

Requirements:

• Minimum Nitec in Engineering related
• At least 1 year of experience in equipment maintenance
• Experienced in semiconductor industry
