Description
Our client, a Leading International firm is seeking to recruit anIP Paralegal for their growing organisation.
Responsibilities:
- Process and draft replies on correspondence and legal documents
- Review written opinions/office actions from various Patent Offices
- Work closely with the Senior Associate on the Trademark/design prosecution and preparing specifications of goods and services
- Prepare and send invoices to clients
- Monitor deadlines, update PATRICIA records and sending reminders periodically to client/applicant
- Handle general patent and trademark/design queries and cost estimates in various jurisdictions
- Attending renewal fees payment for Patent/Trademark/Design matters in various jurisdictions
- Conducting online searches on Patent and Trademark/Design in IPOS Digital Hub and various other databases
- Assisting with TMT instructions to foreign counsel
- Collating and coordinating foreign counsel advice for review by fee earners
Requirements:
- Graduate with a basic degree with at least 5 to 8 years of experiences
- Must have handled patent filing work
- Proficient in English (both oral and written) and have the ability to work well in a team
- Strong attention to detail with good organizational skills
