    Description
    Job Responsibilities
    • Provide resolution to all issues related to users (Hardware, Software, Operating system configuration, O365) logged through various channels
    • Provide necessary support to traveling users
    • Provide Level 1 support in triaging any printer hardware related issues
    • Provide necessary support to manage the Company's PC hardware and peripherals depot
    • Provide Level 1 support for any Audio, Video, and conference room equipment issues.
    • The support will be limited to: Level 1 triaging of issues such as power connection to the AV equipment
    Skills and Experience:
    • Min a Bachelors degree is required
    • Min 3 years relevant expereince in Desktop support is required
    • Must have experience and knowledge in Oracle , MySQL , PostgreSQL DB Administration
    • Knowledge in MS windows , MS office,hardware knowledge .
    • Coverage time : 8am - 4.30PM
