Description
This is a 6-month contract role.

  • System patching and upgrades
  • Daily performance monitoring
  • Backup and disaster recovery
  • Review and own the system parameters to ensure optimal set up for GLP/GCP
  • Develop and own the Load balancing set up for landscape.
  • Working with the TCS and their BASIS team to proactively
- monitor all SAP Applications using Solution Manager, Azure Monitoring, SCOM and other tools in line with policy and agreements.

  • Ensure alerts are actioned and followed up using GLP/GCP ticketing tools.
  • Work with TCS to produce statistics regarding the technical health of the Landscape.
  • Work with technical dev/ops team to ensure Disaster recovery plan is fit for purpose and up to date.
  • System refreshes at least twice a year.
  • Develop and maintain system handbook.
  • Transport management
  • Knowledge transfer to TCS
