Job Resposibilities ( 1 year contract for this position)

• Performing lab-scale and pilot-level compounding of new polymer / filler systems.
• Ÿ Performing injection moulding to prepare the test specimen for plastic testing.
• Ÿ To conduct polymeric material testing.
• Ÿ To maintain and upkeep test data, injection moulding process parameter, and all related documents.
• Ÿ Ensures that lab machinery is operated following established processing, quality, safety, and housekeeping procedures.
• Ÿ Cleans and prepares machinery for efficient changeovers and subsequent compounding & injection moulding process.
• Ÿ To conduct polymeric material testing.
• Ÿ To maintain and upkeep test data, injection moulding process parameter, and all related documents.
• Ÿ Trouble-shoots processing problems to ensure production of quality products.
• Ÿ Keep complete and accurate of process records.
• Ÿ Assists routine maintenance of machinery & auxiliary equipment.
• Ÿ Maintains surrounding work area according to established housekeeping standards.
• Ÿ Complies with established safety policies and procedures.
• Ÿ Any other responsibilities as and when assign by your superior due to changes in organization or business direction.
• Ÿ Undertake task/project assigned to achieve Organisational objectives.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Science or Engineering.
• Ability to work independently in laboratory with minimum supervision.
• Good team player and willing to collaborate with different stakeholders to achieve common goals
• Able to work under fast-paced environment.
• Ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency
• Fresh graduate is welcomed
