About the Job:

• Collaborate with IT and project management teams to assess network and system requirements, actively participating in project scoping and planning.
• Coordinate the implementation of network solutions, ensuring they align with project goals and timelines.
• Supervise the installation and maintenance of cabling and fiber optic systems, coordinating with project schedules.
• Contribute to the administration and support of Microsoft Windows platform-related technologies within project frameworks.
• Oversee the establishment and management of firewall rules, integrating basic security measures with project specifications.
• Provide support to the global team, offering on-site and remote assistance for project-related tasks.
• Liaise with application teams, offering infrastructure support, and manage vendor relationships within the scope of project objectives.
• Support project teams with scoping, execution, and management, ensuring successful project delivery.
• Respond to IT requests in a timely manner, maintaining thorough documentation of activities, and contribute to project reporting.

About You:

• Demonstrated experience in project or program management, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Familiarity with the pharmaceutical sector, specifically vaccine manufacturing and GxP compliance, with the ability to navigate project requirements in this domain.
• Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with project timelines and successful outcomes.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience, with a significant focus on project/program management in a related industry.
• Proven ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a project-driven environment.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills, with a track record of managing projects to completion.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with team members, stakeholders, and vendors.
• Highly adaptable, with a willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies in a dynamic industry setting.
• Organized and ethical, with the ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, with a commitment to maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
