Job Responsibilities:

Perform maintenance and inspection activities on plant equipment comply to procedures, good engineering practices and cGMP.Lead predictive maintenance programs by collecting data, analyzing, generating report and provide corrective actions to improve equipment performance.

Analyze and summarize information and trends for reporting and documentation. Manage the reliability equipment database.

Establish equipment reliability standards by studying drawings, data sheet and design specifications; verifying specifications with OEM and Engineering staff; writing and updating reliability/inspection procedures.

Monitor the equipment condition and perform root cause failure analysis to improve product quality and equipment reliability.
Create feasibility inspection and testing methods, testing properties and equipment monitoring parameters to verify equipment performance.
Actively participate in commissioning activities and discuss on improvement/modifications of equipment with vendors/Supervisors/Engineers to support project design and construction.
Attend to GRP CoP meetings, technical workshops and professional societies to gain updated professional and technical knowledge.

Job Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Engineering related qualifications.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experiences in pharmaceutical, chemical, or petrochemical industries.
Knowledge of Reliability Maintenance, Right First Time technique and performance base management.
Able to handle multiple projects concurrently and possess project management experienceExperience with Root Cause Failure Analysis, Equipment Criticality Ranking, PM/PdM optimization, and/or Failure Modes and Effects AnalysisKnowledge and understanding of Current Good Manufacturing Practices {part of GxP} is a plusExcellent oral and written communication skills
