About the job:


A strategic sales leader into corporate and agency clients, with a proven ability to drive new business SaaS sales across APAC in a fast-paced environment.

You and your team will be selling to leaders for corporate and agency clients and you'll be guiding your team to success by motivating, inspiring and offering your knowledge as support.

You'll also oversee the administrative and operational aspects of the APAC office.

Being hands-on with strong organisational and leadership skills, capable of managing a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the office.


What you'll be doing:


Reporting to the Global Head of New Business, you're an accomplished sales professional who will lead the growth and expansion efforts for our corporate and agency APAC clients.

With a deep understanding of strategic sales, you have a proven track record of engaging with strategic leaders and experience of managing a successful team.

You'll be confident driving performance for your direct reports, giving feedback and fostering inclusive environments.


Leadership

  • Set priorities and regularly assess team performance and provide insights for continuous improvement
  • Focus on delivery of goals and deals, bringing your team together to achieve these by coaching, inspiring and motivating
  • Foster a collaborative, diverse and inclusive team culture that encourages innovation, knowledge sharing, and personal growth.

Sales Performance and Metrics

  • Use analytical thought to identify innovative solutions to challenges within your vertical
  • Develop and monitor key performance goals in your vertical to measure the effectiveness of the corporate North America new business team.
  • Accurately forecast revenue for your team and business area

Sales Process Enhancement

  • Continuously refine and optimise the new business sales process for clients in APAC
  • Identify bottlenecks, streamline procedures, and introduce innovative methodologies to increase eff
    iciency and sales effectiveness.

Client Engagement and Relationship Building

  • Strategically target and obtain buy in from different customer personas, seeking out ways our product can be utilised by the customer
  • Utilise your established network and experience to engage with clients, cultivating strong and lasting relationships
  • Understand client needs, pain points, and business challenges to position our solutions as valuable solutions effectively
  • You'll spend time with clients, bringing your own existing relationships and spending time visiting clients in the market, attending events and networking.

Collaborative Approach

  • You are a resource for information and mentor for your team, deliver consistent and actionable feedback and proactively request this same type of feedback from your team and peers
  • Proactively engage in productive conversations with crossfunctions and clients, taking all points of view into consideration and building into strategy
  • Leverage internal resources to deliver comprehensive client solutions.

Market Insight

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
  • Utilise market insights to refine sales strategies, differentiate our offerings, and maintain a competitive edge.

APAC operations

  • Provide operational oversight for the APAC office, ensuring smooth daytoday operations, adherence to local and company compliance obligations.
  • You are responsible for the relationship between the APAC office and all other GWI offices and operations.

About you

You have a specialised depth of knowledge and proven track record selling into strategic leaders.

  • Experience in corporate/agency sales in a SaaS environment and you're looking to join a scale up
  • Ability to accurately pipeline and forecast revenue
  • Proven track record in driving revenue growth
  • Strong understanding of business models, pricing strategies, and customer lifecycle management.
  • You've managed successful teams or direct reports
  • Proven track record of successfully engaging and closing deals
