Description
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets in the water engineering industry.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, main contractors, system integrators, authorities, consultants, clients, and business owners.
  • Identify and engage potential projects, clients and partners to expand the company's customer base and market presence.
  • Identify key decision makers within prospective client organizations and establish strong relationships with them to understand their needs, concerns, and decisionmaking processes.
  • Conduct technical product presentations and sales pitches, effectively communicating the value proposition and benefits of the company's water engineering solutions.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to understand product capabilities, technical specifications, and customer requirements to tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Provide technical expertise and support during the presales and aftersales process, offering insights into the integration and implementation of products and services.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the company's products and network with potential clients and partners.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements and competitive positioning.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to the management team.
  • Coordinate with finance department to ensure timely and accurate payment collection from clients and work proactively to resolve any paymentrelated issues or disputes.
  • Assess the financial strength and creditworthiness of potential clients by conducting thorough credit evaluations, analyzing financial statements, and collaborating with the finance team to determine appropriate credit terms for each client.
  • Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills through training, workshops, and selflearning to stay uptodate with industry advancements and best practices.
