**Summary:
**Responsibilities: - Assist the lead teacher in implementing individualized lesson plans and activities

  • Provide oneonone support to children with special needs, including children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental delays
  • Observe and document children's progress and behaviours
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and stimulating learning environment
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as preparing materials and communicating with parents
**Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent

  • Sped Education diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Experience working with children with special needs, particularly those with ASD, is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • CPR and First Aid certification preferred
