    Roles & Responsibilities
    • Position: Sales Admin (Sales Coordinator/Customer Service)
    • Location: Jurong East (walking distance from MRT)
    • Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm)
    • Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,200 + Performance Bonus (Up to 3 Months)
    • Duration: Permanent
    • Industry: Manufacturing

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Attend to customers' enquiries & daily quotations
    • Co-ordinate sales requests such as checking stock availability and delivery schedules
    • Preparation of quotation, sales orders, purchase orders, delivery orders etc
    • Coordination between customer and suppliers
    • Provide assistance to sales teams in daily operations and administrative work
    • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

    Requirements:

    • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
    • At least GCE 'O' Level or equivalent
    • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
