On behalf of one of its clients in the F&B/Retail industry, The French Chamber of Commerce is looking for a Sales Manager:

Our client, a large international food services solution Group, is looking for a Sales manager to step-change our retail and food service business and brand presence in Singapore.


Main Responsibilities:


  • Support our client channel distribution strategy, create and propose action plans in Singapore for Retail or Food Service
  • Analyze the market needs, and select the product portfolio relevant to Singaporean consumers
  • Translate global and regional Retail or Food Service strategy into operational activation plans to achieve volume targets within budget
  • Business growth through new channels development, sales penetration, promotional strategies
  • Support new product launch plans through deep understanding of consumer insights, brand positioning, pricing, and product differentiation strategies
  • Build rapport and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders: customers management and sales operations
  • Monthly monitoring and analysis of sales figures and data, as well as success and ROI of sales and promotional activations
  • Working closely with global categories, customer service and finance to communicate and validate the supply logistics, inventory, invoicing and payment
  • Work with regional marketing to develop action plans, chef demonstrations, trade exhibitions, events, to improve our branding and awareness
  • Responsible for the sales forecast (local sales and import) working with distributors and key accounts, as well as close collaboration with category supply teams
  • Training the distributors' sales team and being a brand ambassador

Requirements:


  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Finance, or similar commercialrelated education
  • Minimum 8 years of experience working in a Singapore key account or sales role across Singapore in retail and/or food service channels
  • Prior experience working in FMCG, consumer goods, distribution, F&B, or other directtoconsumer scopes
  • Resultsoriented and salesdriven profile
  • Strong negotiation skills and communication techniques to drive sales and manage relationships
  • Strong coordination skills, comfortable working with regional or global colleagues across different time zones
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to lead new strategies and new action plans
  • Sales financial analysis and budget management skills, proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Able to work independently
