    As the Deputy Manager/Manager in Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for hiring the right talent, and developing and implementing effective strategies to enhance performance and talent development within the organization

  • Managing the full life-cycle of recruitment, which includes sourcing, assessing and hiring quality talent to meet organization's business needs
  • Managing and leading processes relating to the recruitment cycle, which encompasses executing sourcing strategies, collaborating with various businesses and stakeholders to determine talent needs
  • Liaise and work closely with hiring managers to identify hiring needs
  • Assists in conducting candidate assessment and interviews, as well as onboarding & offboarding processes
  • Partner with business units to meet the manpower needs
  • Build and maintain network of potential candidates through proactive market research
  • Recommend and implement improvements to enhance the overall recruiting process
  • Establish and maintain favorable relationships with stakeholders and vendors, to scale up the talent community
  • Review and streamline acquisition process and methods including digitization projects
  • Works closely with institute of higher learning (IHLs) for campus outreach events and recruitment drives
  • Acts as the talent advisor to promote and advocate best recruitment practices and experience

    Reporting to the Senior Resourcing Manager directly, you will play an integral role in driving and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies to attract the right talent, ensuring that succession and growth plans are in line with the company's culture and values.You will manage a team of coordinators to support the various stakeholders.

    skills and experience required

    To be a successful candidate, you should possess at least a Bachelor Degree, within areas of Human Resources, or related disciplines, with at least 4-8 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition with proven track records, preferably from related industries. Ideally, one should be proficient in recruitment strategies, with an excellent understanding of labor law and statutory requirements and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of business.
