Description
Our client is an agricultural trading company looking for an Office Manager to be based in the Singapore office as they seek to expand their presence in Singapore and the wider region.
Job description:
- Make travel arrangements for senior management and employees (including VISA preparation, Hotel and Flight booking)
- Handle conference bookings, entertainment and meeting scheduling.
- Register travel expenses.
- Handle incoming correspondence and mail.
- Must keep company books (register invoices, file contracts, prepare transaction proposals, etc)
- Handle daytoday banking needs.
- Liaise with the auditors for GST, taxes, books preparation.
Requirements:
- 28 years of experience in office management for small to midsized office
