Description

• Engage with prospective clients, understand their design needs, and provide design recommendations and solutions tailored to their requirements.
• Prepare and present design proposals and quotations to clients, demonstrating a clear understanding of their preferences and budgetary considerations.
• Collaborate closely with the design team to develop innovative design concepts and translate them into compelling presentations for clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns or queries promptly.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, products, and design innovations to effectively advise clients and promote the firm's services.
• Manage the sales process from initial contact to project completion, ensuring seamless communication and coordination with clients, suppliers, and the design team.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.

• Diploma or degree in Interior Design or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales or business development within the interior design industry.
• Strong knowledge of interior design principles, materials, and finishes.
• Proficiency in using design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and build rapport.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Selfmotivated, proactive, and resultsdriven with a strong customer focus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Singaporean citizenship or valid work permit.
