Description

Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with the company's business objectives and culture.
  • Identify training needs through regular assessments, performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms, and design customized learning solutions to address them.
  • Coordinate and facilitate both inperson and virtual training sessions, workshops, and seminars, ensuring highquality delivery and engagement.
  • Conduct quarterly performance reviews for employees in collaboration with department managers, providing constructive feedback, identifying strengths and areas for improvement, and setting OKR.
  • Partner with external training providers, educational institutions, and industry associations to leverage external resources and best practices.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and support to employees and managers to foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
  • Serve as a speaker and facilitator for training sessions, workshops, and events, delivering engaging and informative presentations on a variety of topics related to employee development, organizational culture, and professional skills.
  • Stay informed about emerging trends and best practices in learning and development, talent management, and HR technology, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance the employee experience.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational development, education, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, talent management, or HR generalist roles, preferably in a fastpaced technology or fintech environment.
  • Proven track record of designing, implementing, and managing successful learning and development programs that drive employee engagement, retention, and performance.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to align learning initiatives with business goals and measure their impact on organizational performance.
  • Professional certifications such as CPLP (Certified Professional in Learning and Performance) or SHRM-SCP (Senior Certified Professional) are desirable.
  • A passion for learning and personal development, with a growth mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement.
