- Be involved with new client handover and/or onboarding from the Sales Team
- Setting up and deploying service contract's work orders in line with service scopes and assigning adequate manpower to ensure service completion to a satisfactory standard
- Review completed services daily for quality performance and if any further follow up action
- Planning of gants and routes to ensure that services are deployed in an efficient and productive manner
- Ensure all customer's services are completed for the month
- Maintaining the necessary headcount to service the number of work orders on a per day basis
- Collaborating with operations team to re-assign work orders due to leave to other technicians
- Ensure new Technicians are onboarded adequately before being deployed for work
- Coordinate with Technicians for any real time updates from customer sites or any issues arising on site and handle any complaints risen from the PMPs
- Ensure each PMP team is hitting their revenue targets
- Ensuring both administrative and analytical reports are submitted to customers
- Handle customer queries and tickets relevant to accounts under your care
- Attend customer monthly meetings for check ins
- Ensure all PMP teams are well stocked in terms of chemicals and equipment is functioning in proper order
- Vehicles under your care are maintained and serviced at the appropriate times
- Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant work experience in operations (supervising drivers, technicians etc...)
- At least a Diploma in business, logistics or relevant field
- Knowledge of the pest control and/or facility management and/or logistics is preferred
