    Description
    Roles & Responsibilities

    THE ROLE

    Ensure timely daily and monthly reporting on cash positions and movements. Enhance tracking and forecast of bank facilities monitoring and capture markets risk exposures.

    Support in the analysis of working capital usage and forecast of future cash flows. Deck preparation for loan syndication and other ad-hoc financing projects.

    Conduct analysis of the company's positions on exchanges and OTC markets, considering factors such as margin requirements. Identify and recommend areas to front office where positions can be optimized to reduce margin requirements via movement of positions or using instruments like EFS, liquidity swaps, etc.

    Conduct analysis on treasury operations, identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Present findings to management and provide recommendations for enhancing treasury performance.

    Collaborate with IT, middle office and finance team to enhance treasury systems, streamline trade operations, and automate manual processes. Identify opportunities for system improvements and implement technology solutions to increase efficiency and accuracy in trade and treasury operations.

    REQUIREMENTS

    Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or a related field

    4-7 years of relevant working experience in a commodity trading environment will be advantageous

    Proficient in financial software, data analysis- e.g. Power BI, Alteryx and Bloomberg

    Competent in using presentation tools – Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

    Strong communication skills to effectively communicate risk assessments and recommendations to stakeholders.

    Ateam player and is able to manage multiple priorities.
