Roles & ResponsibilitiesAssist in handling and maintaining proper records of enquiries or complaints received from residents.
Establish and maintaining proper filing system to ensure smooth documentation and administration of the estate.
Proficient in MS office.
Manage phone calls and attend to walk-in residents.
Assist with the coordination of Council meetings and General meetings as instructed by the Manager.
Able to write meeting minutes and preparation of meeting / AGM documents.
Singaporean and PR only
Mondays to Fridays - 8.30am to 5.30pm
Saturdays (Alternate am to 12.30pm
AWS, Medical, Dental, Insurance, Variable bonus.
