    We are looking for an Architectural Executive to be a key part of our team, who will be responsible for implementing our projects on site.

    The ideal candidate will be passionate about both architecture and interior design, have a strong portfolio in high-end residential projects at construction stage, and is able to build a rapport with Clients, Consultants and Contractors.

    Job Title: Senior Architectural Executive

    Responsibilities

    · Oversee the construction process and ensure that project is on schedule and design intent is implemented.

    · Prepare design drawings, tender drawings, specifications, contract drawings and working drawings for coordination with Clients, Consultants and Contractors

    · Build rapport with Clients, Contractors and Consultants.

    · Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project timelines

    · Conduct site meetings, site walks for projects under construction

    · Assist Architect with contract administration

    Qualifications and Skills

    · Minimum 5 years of experience in Singapore

    · Minimum Bachelor's degree in Architecture

    · Experience in high-end residential houses, residential projects.

    · Experienced in contract administration and Singapore building codes and regulations.

    · Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively with a team.

    · Proficient with architectural detailing and delight in crafting beautiful spaces

    · Strong oral and written communication skills

    · Proficient in Autocad, Sketchup, VRay/ Enscape

    · QP would be a bonus.
