Anaplan Solutions Architect - DACH - Henderson Drake

Description

An international consulting firm focused on enterprise planning and digital finance transformation is looking for an Anaplan Solutions Architect to join its growing team.

This is a hands on role working across large client programmes, where you'll be involved from early conversations and solution design through to build, delivery and ongoing improvement. The work is varied, the clients are typically large organisations, and the expectation is that you'll take real ownership of the solution and how it delivers value.

What you'll be doing

• Running discovery sessions and working with stakeholders to understand requirements
• Designing Anaplan models that are scalable, practical and aligned to business needs
• Guiding model builders and reviewing design, build and performance
• Advising clients on how to improve their planning processes and how Anaplan should evolve over time
• Taking responsibility for model structure, governance, optimisation and integrations
• Working closely with delivery leads to manage scope, timelines and priorities
• Contributing to internal standards, reusable assets and ways of working
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members

What they're looking for

• Experience designing and delivering Anaplan solutions in a consulting or client facing role
• Strong understanding of finance planning, such as FP&A, cost planning, workforce or CapEx
• Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and translating technical detail into clear business terms
• Able to manage multiple workstreams and stay organised across different projects
• Anaplan Model Builder Level 2 or higher (Solution Architect or Master Anaplanner is a bonus)
• A background in finance or analytics would be helpful, but isn't essential
