In this Role, you'll get to

  • Strategize, drive, and execute eCommerce plans to achieve aggressive growth target for Malaysia market
  • Conduct market research on competitors and other market information to identify trending need to create new marketing campaigns
  • Work closely with internal and external parties to plan, implement and manage marketing campaigns, with content management system and tracking tools
  • Assist in analyzing marketing data such as campaign results, conversion rates, traffic to help shape future effective profitable marketing strategies and making recommendation

  • Create wide range of different marketing materials by working closely with headquarter to oversee copywriting, design, layout, attractive social media content, video shooting and other promotion materials
  • Manage digital and social media strategies such as Facebook, Content Marketing, Blogs, EDM, App pushes
  • Address complaints and enquiries lodged through social media and any other channels
  • Work with partners (e.g. media, banks,, airlines, a ccommodations)
- actively to promote brand awareness

  • Ensure high quality localization of UI/UX, marketing campaigns, translations
  • Evaluate, track and report the success of programs and campaigns
  • Ensure compliance with global brand strategy and corporate identity

What you'll Need to Succeed

  • Degree in Marketing, Business or related discipline
  • At least 45 years' experience in Marketing and Digital Marketing, preferably with travel/ecommerce experience
  • Strong understanding of Malaysia Travel market's trends
  • Able to work independently with mínimal supervision
  • Able to multitask and pay attention to detail
  • Strong c ommunications,
- presentation and analytical skills

  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Bahasa Melayu
  • Datadriven with good knowledge of technology and web trend
  • Experience in leading a team is required
  • Travel is required
