We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a
Head of Client Management, GTRF.

Principal Responsibilities
The jobholder is responsible for leadership of the CM teams across Singapore to:

  • Role reports into Country Head of GTRF and is responsible end-to-end for Client Management in GTRF Singapore
  • Lead and develop highly experienced and motivated team of experienced GTRF CM professionals
  • Define and execute Singapore's GTRF CM strategy and operating model, aligned with the global GTRF CM target operating model and business objectives. Develop and execute CM proposition in Singapore including organisational setup
  • Evolve strategy and capability to support local, regional and global clients based in Singapore and their wider network
  • Achieve the overall business objective of revenue growth through revenue retention, increased facility utilization for trade services and working capital solutions, proactive management of GTRF service performance and increased clients' usage of selfserve solutions
  • Act as escalation point for CM Managers and ensure client satisfaction by leading the CM teams across Singapore to render consistently excellent and market leading service
  • Drive collaboration with Transaction Services, Business Development, Relationship Management and other internal / external units on service performance, initiatives and issues
  • Plan and execute effectively all CM initiatives including client communications, staff training and development, technology implementation, client surveys and action plans, etc.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and Global Standards by the CM team
  • Achieve Local / Regional / Global CM KPIs
  • Support and collaborate with the Country Head of GTRF Services and Global Head of GTRF CM in driving a culture of longterm, high quality needsbased solutions for clients, setting a market leading standard for client service and client experience
  • Jobholder is the most senior incountry GTRF CM executive and represents Singapore in Regional and Global initiatives and forums and contributes to enhancing the global CM model
Requirements

  • University degree holder
  • Recognized as a GTRF specialist with ability to display in depth knowledge and understand the risk profile of relevant products and services
  • Ability to lead and develop large team of GTRF Client Management specialists
  • 10+ years' experience in relationship management and/or trade finance customer facing roles
