Roles & ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for an Construction Project Manager experienced in the construction / facility management field.
Responsibilities:
· Conduct site visit to prepare quotations (i.e. using SOR rates), develop project schedule.
· Prepare risk assessment plan and method of statement, safe work procedures as per authority's guidelines.
· Conduct site inspections to ensure that all works are completed as per agreed project scope. To follow through with delivery order endorsed by client.
· Manage project team, site works, materials and equipment effectively and efficiently.
· Any other ad-hoc projects and duties as required by the management.
Requirements:
· Min 3 year experience in project management in Construction field.
· Knowledgeable in project processes and procedures, health & safety legislation and SOR rates.
· Good working knowledge of MS office (i.e. MS word, excel, powerpoint)
· Preferably to have Bizsafe level 2 certification.
· Good working attitude, responsible and proactive.
· 5.5 days work week (i.e. Alternate Saturdays)
