    Job Description:

    • Primarily supporting the recruitment efforts with the focus on blue collar hires
    • Assist staff enquiries and requests on HR matters.
    • Be involved in monthly payroll, CPF and yearly IRAS submission.
    • Manage all insurance matters including yearly renewal.
    • Review, update and maintain proper filing system.
    • Involved in medical and workmen injury compensation claims.
    • Assist HR Manager/HRBP in planning and preparing annual headcount reports, HR Reports, etc.
    • Manage and monitor all foreign workers' work pass matters.
    • Handle all foreign workers' dormitory matters.
    • Administer the annual performance appraisal, salary review and promotion exercises for operational levels.
    • Handle leave management and internal subcontractor system.
    • Handle all staff welfare activities.
    • Responsible for the submission of all government claims.
    • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.

    Requirements:

    • Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
    • At least 2 to 5 years' relevant experience.
    • Preferably experienced working with blue collar talents
    • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
    • A proactive individual contributor and ability to collaborate closely with peers
    • Good knowledge in Employment Act.
    • Preferably with SAGE EPE experience.
