Job Details:

Our client, a leading player in the Bioeconomy sector, renowned for their innovative solutions and unwavering commitment to sustainability, is currently seeking a dynamic and seasoned Commercial Business Leader for a Global Business unit.

Reporting directly to the President, this role will be based in Singapore and will be responsible for the entire global business unit with complete P&L management and direct oversight of manufacturing plants, supply chains, commercial and finance operations.

The role is a cornerstone for a visionary business executive, poised to amplify business development and deepen market reach through strategic joint venture (JV) and merger and acquisition (M&A) initiatives.

Job Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree is required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree would be highly advantageous.
Proven track record of successful business leadership, preferably within the Food ingredients/Nutraceuticals sectors industry, particularly in areas such as Oils / Fats / Lipids
Solid Business acumen with a demonstrated ability to drive business growth and profitability.
Experience in managing complex supply chain networks, commercial operations, and production assets.
Strong understanding of finance principles and P&L management.
