Description

You will be part of Financial Management unit, mainly responsible for IFRS9 data verification, process automation, IFRS 9 engine enhancement and model implementation.

Prepare monthly ECL reporting and any other adhoc request concerning IFRS
Work with the respective stakeholders on IFRS 9 ECL models development, validation, impact assessment, approval and implementation
Involve in projects to give input from IFRS 9 user perspective
Work with stakeholders to support ongoing IFRS9 engine enhancements, drive local enhancements to further streamline / automate the process
Work with DWH and IT to document the data mapping/transformation logic for critical fields used in ECL and EIR computation
Review and challenge the DCF approach for impaired loans under the individual assessment

Job Requirements

A degree in Accountancy / Banking & Finance / other equivalent disciplines
At least 5 years of experience in IFRS 9related project/process automation/reporting/model implementation
Good understanding of IFRS 9 ECL computation and ECL models
Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Able to work effectively with stakeholders from different functions
Strong analytical skills with strong attention to detail
Proficient in excel and data analytics programming skills such as SAS and SQL
