- Prepare computers for newly hired employees including accountability forms.
- Send out or meet up new hires for their machines.
- Prepare request purchases of computers.
- Maintain the IT assets inventory record.
- Attend as the first level of IT support to all reported incident and service requests.
- Troubleshoot malfunctioning computer and format returned computers.
- Maintain documentation of IT related incidents.
- Receive, check and clear returned computers of resigned employees.
- Safe keep returned and new computer and laptops.
- Label computers, monitors and laptops before issuance to employees.
- Liaise with L2 Support Engineer for licenses and accesses.
- Other admin tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
- You should be highly organised, detail-oriented and most importantly, personable with a strong mindset to try out new approaches to solve unique problems.
- Have a passion for IT and educated in related discipline.
- Customer-focused and keeping users happy is number one priority.
