Description
1. Role Description
The Admin Manager is responsible for overseeing administrative operations crucial to the smooth functioning of construction projects. This includes managing construction site offices and facilitaing communication betwen office and field personnel.
He/she coordinates with project managers and construction teams for the procurement of construction materials, equipment and supplies to ensure timely delivery to project sites while adhering to budgetary constraints.
He/she is also responsible for maintaining project documentation, supporting project managers and construction teams by providing logistical and adminstrative support, contributing to the efficient execution of construction projects within established timelines and budgets.
2. Specific Responsibilities
Individual to be involved in:
1. Coordinating communication between office and project managers/construction staff.
2. Ensuring timely delivery of materials to project sites within budgetary constraints
3. Maintaining project documentation, including contracts, permits and compliance records.
4. Providing logistical and administrative support to project managers and construction teams.
5. Managing subcontractor agreements and coordinating with vendors.
6. Implementing and enforcing administrative policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
