- Assist with cooking, preparation, and plating during the absence of station chefs.
- Ensure adherence to health and food safety standards, addressing any kitchen issues that may arise.
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and kitchen cleaning duties at the end of the night.
- Maintain proper food preservation standards, ensuring all products are handled at the correct temperature.
- Personally ensure hygiene, safety, and proper use of equipment and utensils.
- Fulfill any additional duties as directed by management.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a kitchen environment.
- Proficient in food handling, preparation, and related procedures.
- Excellent understanding of food hygiene regulations and company quality standards.
