Responsibilities

  • Sales, Logistics, and daytoday administrative functions.
  • Relevant documentation across the sales cycle including Presales Enquiries, Customer Master Database, Order Booking, Invoicing, Collection, and FX forward covers.
  • Assist finance team with preparation of accounts and other trade finance related operations.
  • Material replenishment, logistic of materials from vendors to customer warehouse, and monitoring performance.
  • Reviewing and preparing quotation, comparison and summarization
  • Tracking of contract renewals and renegotiate prices and terms of contracts
  • Assist in drawing up the quarterly/annual sales plans
  • Establish, manage and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Compliance with internal procedure manuals.
  • Daily/monthly reports for senior management.

Requirements:


  • Diploma in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, International Trade
years of experience in supporting Sales/Purchasing functions in a trading company

  • Knowledge of Documentation for sales and purchasing operations in a highvolume international trading environment
  • Crossfunctional experience
  • Ability to support trading, commercial and finance colleagues with their documentation requirements
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple concurrent projects
  • Good communication and followup skills
  • Meticulous. Ability to deal with timelines and submission schedules.
