Responsibilities
- Sales, Logistics, and daytoday administrative functions.
- Relevant documentation across the sales cycle including Presales Enquiries, Customer Master Database, Order Booking, Invoicing, Collection, and FX forward covers.
- Assist finance team with preparation of accounts and other trade finance related operations.
- Material replenishment, logistic of materials from vendors to customer warehouse, and monitoring performance.
- Reviewing and preparing quotation, comparison and summarization
- Tracking of contract renewals and renegotiate prices and terms of contracts
- Assist in drawing up the quarterly/annual sales plans
- Establish, manage and maintain relationships with customers.
- Compliance with internal procedure manuals.
- Daily/monthly reports for senior management.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, International Trade
- Knowledge of Documentation for sales and purchasing operations in a highvolume international trading environment
- Crossfunctional experience
- Ability to support trading, commercial and finance colleagues with their documentation requirements
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple concurrent projects
- Good communication and followup skills
- Meticulous. Ability to deal with timelines and submission schedules.
