About the Role:

As an IT Support Technician, your primary responsibility will be to offer technical assistance for a diverse range of hardware and software issues spanning computers, mobile phones, and various other devices. In addition to this, you will play a vital role in our IT disposal operations, ensuring the secure management and sanitization of discarded items in adherence to data protection regulations and environmental standards.

Tasks & Responsibilities

Provide technical support in hardware, software issues.

Perform computer hardware parts upgrades/replacements.

Use appropriate tools & methods to run diagnostic tests.

Work with other team members to deliver efficient IT support and IT disposal services.

Requirements

Experience with troubleshooting, resolving issues related to hardware and software.

Knowledge about computer hardware and components

Good communication and technical skills

Able to work independently, proactively participate in a team environment.

Prior experience in IT support roles is preferred but not a must.
