    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Responsibilities

    • Monitor, collate, analyse and review clinics key operational efficiency performance indicators
    • Oversee and manage clinics load and clinic related resources
    • Plan and review rosters, resource requests and amendments etc.
    • Assess efficacy of initiatives through data analysis and prepare reports for management updates
    • Engage and cultivate positive working relations between various stakeholders
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline processes, identify and work on areas to improve operational efficiency and enhance patient experience
    • Review and assist in clinics facilities management, clinics renovation projects etc.

    Job Requirements

    • A recognised degree with 3-4 years of work experiences preferably in operation management
    • Knowledge in healthcare industry or data analytics will be an added advantage
    • Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
    • Good stakeholder management and coordination skills
    • Proactive, independent and dynamic team player
    • Ability to multi-task efficiently and cope well under pressure
