    Description

    As an Institution Business Analyst, your role will be to support the facilities under the cluster in strategic planning, integration, data analytics and developing new innovations in enabling technology to support hospital operations with people management.


    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Support cluster projects, mainly focusing on redevelopment, renovation, and relocation related changes within the institution.
    • Support the MOH funding request and review forums, including the PPSC and CRA.
    • Support the internal funding requests and review forums, from budget submissions, requirements review, workplan prioritisation, procurement, and project approvals.
    • Support the technical forum presentations for your projects such as Solution Review Board.
    • Manage multiple stakeholders across projects and build good rapport.
    • Collaborate with Synapxe project delivery teams and infrastructure teams to manage project requirements, implementation timeline and budget.
    • Responsible to monitor and ensure project implementation status, including regular project updates to various stakeholders and forums.
    • Provide support for daytoday operational issues as required. (24/7 standby when required)
    • Support administrative tasks or other adhoc tasks assigned by your reporting manager as required.

    Qualifications/ Requirements:
    Possess a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or any other relevant discipline

    At least 5-7 years of relevant working experience

    some exposure in handling finance / billing systems

    Able to write approval / project funding paper for submission

    CITPM / PMP certification will be an added advantage

    Excellent problem solving skills with good written/communication and interpersonal skills

    Possess strong organisational and customer service skills and able to lead and work with cross functional teams

    Experience in healthcare industry is an added advantage
