1. Responsibilities**- Ensure overall success of a project, or a platform, by ensuring that prioritized user stories are delivered on time, within budget, meet business requirements and comply with governance framework, including security and resiliency.

  • Manage and monitor product backlog and MVP, risk and change management to ensure delivery of MVP on schedule, within scope and budget.
  • Plan and manage product backlog and MVP, its objectives and desired outcomes, and ensure alignment of the business outcomes of the Authority.
  • Plan and lead the development of the business case/concept paper and funding.
  • Plan and lead the overall procurement activities, in particular tender specifications compilation, tendering, tender evaluation, recommendation and award.
  • Lead the development of the overall product backlog and MVP schedule and activities based on the appropriate methodology including identifying dependency, critical path, milestones and deliverables.
  • Build comprehensive product roadmap and ensure all team members are onboard with delegated tasks and activities.
  • Conduct regular work group meetings and provide progress and status reports to stakeholders.
  • Perform stakeholder management, including keeping the relevant stakeholders informed of the status the product development on a timely and regular basis.
  • Manage processes and procedures covering issue and risk management.
  • Conduct Agile ceremonies such as but not limited to sprint planning, daily standup, sprint review and sprint retrospective etc.

2. What we are looking for**- CSM (Certified Scrum Master) or CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) or AIPMM (Agile Certified Product Manager and Product Owner).

  • Handson experience in Agile product management.
  • ICT product management and people management skills.
  • Knowledge of the Singapore Government's and/or Authority's procurement and governance processes will be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of design thinking and workshop facilitation will be an added advantage.
  • Results and customer oriented.
  • Proven ICT project/product management experience, preferably in medium to large scale ICT projects in government sector.
  • Handson, delivery focused and pragmatic.
  • Possess a proven and successful track record in delivering complex IT projects/programs.
  • Handson IT professional with full SLDC lifecycle experience.
  • Strong understanding and experience of Singapore Government security standards and compliance.
