Operations Executive (Can choose fixed shift)

Salary: S$3200 – S$4200

Work location: Near Gul Circle MRT Station

Work hours: 8.30am to 6.00pm (Mondays to Thursdays), 8.30am to 5.30pm (Fridays)
8.30am to 12.30pm (Alt Saturdays)

OR

Mon to Thursday: 11am to 830pm, Fri: 11am to 8pm
Alt Sat: 11am to 330pm

JD:

3.1. Assist to ensure that warehouse operations is efficient in meeting customers' service requirements. Make recommendations on process / service improvements.

3.2. Monitor and manage vendor performance to support operations in meeting customers' service requirements. Highlight consistent, poor vendor performance and make appropriate recommendations

3.3. Conduct training and development of Logistics Assistants to meet operational, safety and security requirements.

3.4. Ensure that operations staffs are competent, qualified and exercise proper care when they handle customer supplied equipment under their charge

3.5. Ensure that inventories in the warehouses are properly managed and accounted for during inbound, storage and outbound processes. Ensure that periodic cycle counts and stock-takes are carried out systematically according to the planned schedule. Analyse cycle count/ stock-take results and follow up with appropriate investigation and corrective actions, if necessary

3.6. Uphold the standards of housekeeping (orderliness and cleanliness) within the work areas, and ensure that customers' goods are handled with proper care

3.7. Track and meet KPIs set by management and customers. Provide feedback to Customers' on operations issues, resolve service issues highlighted by the customers.

3.8. Prepare and submit monthly reports and performance dashboards to the managers and/or customers as required.
