- Review banquet event orders and follow up on customers' special requests.
- Present menu and explain menu items as well as daily specials to customers.
- Familiarise with the wine and beverage service including glassware used and appropriate garnishes.
- Utilise the hotel's computer system to ring up sales, print checks, close checks and complete closing readings.
- Any other duties and tasks as assigned.
- O-Level or equivalent
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in Banquet
