Min 1-2 years as a Product Marketing Admin/Coordinator

Prepare reports and submissions to Gov agencies for approvals
Support in product ingredient listing, benefits, etc.

This role will be working closely with the marketing team to support them in the administrative efforts for their products under the skincare/supplements division

Adecco is partnering with an established US MNC that develops and sells personal care products and dietary supplements, and they are looking for a Product Regulatory Admin/Coordinator (Marketing) to join their expanding team

Permanent employment with attractive remunerations and benefits (Basic + AWS + VB)

Liaising with regional Product Regulatory Affairs (PRA) rep and organization's suppliers & manufacturers to specify and request for product documentation needed for notification or review purposes
Support product ingredient, benefit and label review tasks together with local PRA rep to complete new product notification and prelaunch PRA work
Support the Product Education team and local PRA rep to liaise with the regional product regulatory rep and followup with vendors and manufacturer partners.
Submit neccessary administrative paperwork to government authorities to get approval before products are able to be sold

Job Requirements

Bachelor degree required or equivalent experience
Min 1 year experience in a Product Marketing and/or Product Management role; experience in FMCG and/or supplement/skin care products will be advantageous
Good command of written English and comfortable to review technical documents and product literature to understand product specifications and benefits
