Description

As a Solution Architect, you will leverage your extensive industry experience and solutioning expertise to design and deliver effective solutions for our clients.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers, engineers, and project managers, to understand client requirements and translate them into robust architectural designs.

Your strong technical acumen, strategic thinking, and leadership abilities will be crucial in driving the successful implementation of complex projects.

**Responsibilities: - Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements and translate them into comprehensive solution designs.

Design endtoend solutions that align with business objectives, technical requirements, and industry best practices.
Develop and present solution proposals, including architectural diagrams, system integration plans, and cost estimates, to clients and project teams.
Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and design principles.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including developers, engineers, and project managers, to drive successful solution implementation.
Conduct feasibility assessments and risk analysis to identify potential technical challenges or constraints and propose mitigation strategies.
Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices, and evaluate their applicability to solution design and delivery.
Assist in evaluating and selecting thirdparty vendors or technologies to integrate into the solution architecture.
Conduct performance reviews and provide mentoring and coaching to junior architects and team members.
Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, and timelines.
Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of the solution architecture, considering factors such as performance, availability, and data integrity.
Provide guidance on infrastructure requirements, deployment strategies, and system integration approaches.
Conduct regular architectural reviews and maintain documentation of architectural decisions, designs, and guidelines.

Requirement:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
Minimum of 10 years of industry experience, with at least 5 years of experience in solution architecture.
Proven expertise in designing and delivering complex solutions, with a strong understanding of software development and integration methodologies.
Indepth knowledge of architectural patterns, frameworks, and technologies relevant to the industry and client requirements.
Familiarity with cloudnative services and architectures, including containerization (e.g., Docker), orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes), and serverless computing.
Excellent strategic thinking and problemsolving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business and technical challenges and develop innovative solutions.
Ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Experience in presenting and defending solution designs to clients, project teams, and senior management.
Proficiency in evaluating and selecting thirdparty vendors or technologies to integrate into the solution architecture, including cloudbased services.
Proven ability to mentor and guide junior architects and team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
Project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver solutions within budget and schedule constraints.
