Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide shift work NOC operations, such as remote hand service, customer support, hotline, etc.
  • Perform remote hand service based on customer guideline.
  • Supervise Vendors to carry out scheduled NOC maintenance, structure cable installation, cross connect installation, rack installation, etc.
  • Escort customer for Data Halls visit
  • Escalate problem / incident to tier 2 engineers or shift manager.
  • Incident handling
  • Assist Manager / Engineer to handle Customers' IT equipment racks & equipment movein.
  • Perform cable connection test for Customers' IT equipment
  • Assist Manager to update Inventory list / Asset listetc.
  • Temperature monitoring

Requirements:


  • Good working attitude
  • About 1 years' experience of NOC operation in Data Centre/Telecommunications industry
  • Familiar with NOC resource management, such as rack space, cable managementetc.
  • Shift duty required
  • Provide shift work Emergency service
