- Responsible for Implementing and/or Maintaining cloud infrastructure in AWS and Azure.
- Provide support related to customer issue with the IT and product infrastructure.
- Provide service monitoring for all services and infrastructure.
- Regularly reviewing existing systems and making recommendations for improvements.
- Managing a security and maintaining privacy in the cloud.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Has minimum 2 years experience working with AWS services and architecture.
- Experience with infrastructure code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible.)
- Experience with Microsoft platform (e.g. Microsoft Entra ID, SharePoint, Office 365, Active Directory, and Power Automate)
- Experience with Building and managing both Windows and Linux servers in cloud environments.
- Strong scripting and automation skills (e.g., Python, Bash and PowerShell).
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with monitoring tools like PRTG, New Relic
- Experience with Configuration and managing databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and SQL Server
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
