- Manage a portfolio of clients and provide them with full spectrum of corporate secretarial support/services.
- Provide advice on company laws and corporate secretarial practices.
- File returns with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority.
- Prepare, maintain and ensure statutory registers and records are in compliance with the laws.
- Assist in the incorporation of new companies, registration of Singapore Branches, striking off defunct entities etc.
- Draft resolutions and minute proceedings of meetings.
- Coordinate and organise meetings between Directors and Shareholders.
- Liaise with statutory bodies, banks and other third-party partners as and when required.
- Carry out KYC procedures in accordance with Singapore AML/CFT requirements.
- Other ad hoc duties as required.
- Degree / Diploma in Business Administration, Commerce or equivalent.
- Relevant experience in corporate secretarial firms preferred.
- Willing to work as a named secretary of the company's clients.
- Highly independent multi-tasker and able to prioritize duties in order to meet deadlines.
- Organised and meticulous.
- A team player with good interpersonal, communication and written skills.
- Nearest MRT: Little India
- 5 days work week
