We are looking for an Executive, Finance who can commit to a six (6) months' contract from August 2023 to January 2024 to assist with payments and AP related work.

An independent worker, you should be someone who thrives working in a fast -paced environment.


In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Handling payments and AP related duties for JustCo's Singapore and regional centres
• Checking and reconciling supplier/vendor invoices to quotations and handle discrepancies
• Ensuring supplier/vendor invoices are approved in accordance with internal DOA limits
• Keying invoices into Workday (Finance accounting system)
• Preparing payments to suppliers/vendors by creating transactions in bank internet platforms
• Paying deposit refunds to JustCo members in a timely manner
• Maintaining proper filing and records
• Preparing and reconcile AP aging report with General ledger
• Ensuring all controls are in compliance with internal/external audit requirements
• Managing any other ad hoc duties assigned by Finance Manager or AP Team Lead.

Pre-requisites for this role includes:

• Diploma in Accounting or equivalent professional qualifications
• Minimum 1 year of relevant finance / AP / accounting related experiences
• Working knowledge of Workday (Finance modules) advantageous
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Meticulous, takes initiative with positive attitude
• A team player and also able to work independently
