Job Description:

To follow instructions, prepare and complete orders accurately. Process and load orders for delivery/pickup according to schedule
To communicate with supervisor and colleagues (especially on discrepancies)
Assist with inventory control: receive and process warehouse stock products (prepare, unload, label, store)
To load/unload trucks (and containers) with mínimal supervision
To keep the warehouse clean and safe by keeping shelves, workstations neat and optimize space utilization (with mínimal supervision)
Complete the daily logs into inventory: assist in entering accurate and required information and report any discrepancies for all incoming and outgoing items
Prepares orders by processing requests orders; pulling inventory; packing/crating; installation of artwork for client viewing; placing shipment in delivery area
Prepare packing material according to Material List and assist to take stock of Packing Materials
Assist with receiving & releasing objects to clients, shippers, and thirdparty collectors where applicable. Assist to check and ensure correctness of documentation & objects for receiving and releasing
Assist to create/assign barcode for all incoming artworks & crate (including but not limited to empty crates from carpentry workshop)
Conduct daily facility check at assigned area and update in Warehouse Checklist. Report any discrepancies and defects for repairs to supervisor
Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations
