M&e Engineer - Singapore - HUNTER CONSULTING

The are looking to add a
Senior Mechanical and Electrical Engineer to support the project directors and managers for projects and tenders.

• Oversee M&E site progress and installation quality as per approved
• Ensure Technical submissions for ontime completion
• Appraise works/ products to ensure compliance to specifications and requirements
• Conduct QA/QC inspections
• Liaise with clients and consultants on progress updates and design matters, manage necessary paperwork
• Assist finance on M&E subcontractor and vendors progress payments
• Support business development efforts and tender submissions

• A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years' experience working for a building contractor for projects in Singapore
• Good technical knowledge in mechanical and electrical trades
• Good knowledge of local codes/ regulations pertaining to M&E services, building construction and safety
• Meticulous with paperwork and reports
• Good project and time management skills, and strong analytical skills
• Team player and able to work independently, work well under pressure and tight timelines
