- Support Japanese Partners ( screen telephone calls, manage schedules, submission of claims and timesheets, booking of meeting rooms etc)
- Assist with travel and accommodation arrangements
- Maintain and update the department's contact information
- Translation support
- Support Global Japan Practice activities (maintain Japanese client contacts, meeting arrangements etc )
- Ad-hoc duties The candidate should meet the following requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- LCCI Private Secretarial Certificate or equivalent
- Computer literate (ie; Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Good organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Japanese language, and can communicate effectively at business level (to liaise with Japanese speaking associates and handle translation tasks)
