Indoor Sales Coordinator / Executive.


Responsibilities:
Reporting to Senior Executive, you will be tasked to:

• Attend to technical and incoming sales inquiries for walk
• in customers, calls, and emails.

Prepare quotations and follow up with potential customers.
Follow up and update customers on their order status.
Establish and maintain a strong relationship with existing and new customers.
Work closely with the Sales Team and provide support to prepare quotations and coordinate with customers.
Update new and potential customers' database weekly.
Handle any additional miscellaneous tasks as needed.

RequirementsMin. Higher Nitec / Diploma in Business or Engineering relatedMin.

2 years of working experience in sales support, customer service preferredProficient in Microsoft ExcelWorking experience in the same industry is advantageousRegistration No:
