Job Description:

Responsibilities

Establish, evaluate, and provide recommendations regarding information technology software and systems.
Develop strategies to improve the efficiency and efficacy of Technological initiatives.
Lead the purchase, installation, coordination, and support of the Information Technology systems and requirements for the organization.
Plan, implement, and manage the organization's IT system and processes.
Formulate the Information Technology strategy and policy, including enforcement of IT governance.
Ensure the Information Technology environment is secured from the prevailing cybersecurity threats by monitoring and mitigating security breaches, gaps and lapses.
Manage the business process strategy and project implementations.
Deploy business intelligence and data analytics solutions or tools to aid business decisionmaking.

Requirements:

15 years of working experience managing an IT dept with at least 5 years at a senior head level, covering either global or regional scope.
Related industry working experience in supply chain and marine logistics an added advantage.
Proven track record in business process management and digital transformation implementation.
Good experience in Global IT infrastructure setup and system support maintenance.
Recognized degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Systems, or equivalent field.
Experience with implementing and managing ERP solutions
SAP preferred.
Strong deployment experience in business intelligence, data analytics.
Handson experiences in IT networking, infrastructure administration and cybersecurity both onprem & cloud, preferably with sound experience in Windows Server administration, Hypervisor (VMware and HyperV), AD, Azure AD, DNS, DHCP, File Servers management, storage, Microsoft 365, Exchange online, SharePoint, Cloud backup operations, etc.
