Your mission

• Key Driver in Company Growth: Enthusiastic about being a key driver in a growing company that is poised to revolutionize an industry.
• Solution Thought Leadership: Provide solution thought leadership, serving as the trusted advisor to customers.
• Customer Account Ownership: Act as the owner of the customer account, particularly from technical solution aspects.
• Client Concern Resolution: Resolve client concerns related to technical capabilities, information security, and platform architecture during the sales process.
• Network Support and Troubleshooting: Support complex network scenarios and troubleshoot OpenVPN and IPSec issues.
• Product Demonstrations and Workshops: Build and conduct product demonstrations, solution workshops, and due diligence studies.
• Collaboration with Field Sales and Go-To-Market Support: Work closely with the field sales team, providing support in Go-To-Market activities, including assistance to partner SoftBank from a technical perspective.
• Contribution to Marketing Events: Contribute to marketing events, including industry/trade event participation and presentations.
• Knowledge Transfer and Localization Support: Take responsibility for knowledge transfer from Product to Sales, including support in the localization of 1NCE product and technical content for Singapore customers.

Your skills

• Language Proficiency Requirement: Fluency in spoken and written English and Mandarin is mandatory. Additional language skills are preferred, especially in other ASEAN languages.
• Technical Sales Expertise: Possess a minimum of 5+ years of related technical sales experience with a deep understanding of enterprise applications solutions, including the development of value propositions.
• IoT and Global Roaming Knowledge: Have a good understanding of global mobile roaming and IoT ecosystems.
• Technical Message Crafting: Due to a technical background, capable of crafting a technical message with business relevance for both non-technical and technical audiences.
• Quick Learner and Multitasker: Ability to learn quickly and multitask, working under pressure with geographically distributed teams.
• Proficiency in Communication: Proficient in presentations, both written and verbal communication. Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English and Mandarin fluently.
• AWS VPC & Services Knowledge and Telecommunication Background: AWS VPC & Services knowledge and a telecommunication background are strongly preferred.
• Autonomous Work and Travel Readiness: Ability to work autonomously and remotely, with a willingness to travel as required.
